- Evacuated system, only had about 6oz. Pulled vac on system for about 15min and ran pressure test. Visually inspected system for any signs of leak – looks like hard line from compressor to condensor core has slight leak at condensor and hard line to soft line joint. Recommend new line and can re-check for leaks after that is fixed. Recommend condensor and receiver dryer due to age Could not recharge system due to failed leak test.
- AIR COND HOSE – Remove & Replace – V6 Pressure – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]
- Replaced A/C condensor w/ receiver drier and hose between compressor and condensor. System held vacuum and passed leak test. Charged system – used 1.55lbs R134-A freon and 1.5 gal Asian pink coolant. Road tested vehicle – A/C system blows cold. **CEL, TPMS, and airbag lights all on. Blower fan sounds like it has debris in it, vibrates dash when set above mid-speed. Squeaky ball joint on drivers side – added grease to both lower ball joints.
