  • Only fault stored is same that we found last time for the Nox sensor input too high. A bad sensor can cause DPF to not regenerate which can start to plug up EGR system and DPF and cause stumbling/hesitations. Coolant is low in bottle, common coolant leaks are in EGR which causes coolant to burn in cylinder and can also cause stumbling. Some small oil leaks visible on engine, no obvious large coolant leaks. Pressure tested cooling system with engine cold, put up on lift and removed belly pan for further inspection. No leaks visible from underside of engine. Transmission and rear diff are dry, drivetrain is in good condition. Front control arm bushings are cracking/tearing. Topped up engine coolant to full line to monitor consumption – no external leaks found during pressure test and inspection. P1032 NOx Sensor signal too high Recommend remove intake manifold for inspection and likely carbon buildup cleaning, recommend remove EGR valve for inspection. Recommend diagnose and likely replace NOx sensor to resolve fault in ECU. Warmed engine up and test drove, no hesitation or stumbles felt during test drive. Power seems normal and engine seems to run well. Fault for N0x sensor is common with front sensor failure as well as plugged and updated glow plug pressure sensor – found TSB from Audi for glow plug issue. Recommend sensor and glow plug based on information found for fault stored.
