Found right rear end link nut slightly loose, tightened and noise was no long present. During test drive also noticed loud wheel bearing noise, sounds like right rear – recommend bearing soon it is very loud – need to scope to verify and check other bearings

Checked engine oil, a little low but still halfway up dipstick. Was able to visually inspect knock sensors but they are not accessible without removing the intake manifold for testing. No visual issues with evap system, need to dig in more for further information with parts on hand No Knock Sensor faults at this time. Does have 'P240200 – EVAP system leak detection pump control circuit high' stored. Ran EVAP system test via scan tool – test fails almost immediately. Checked for signal voltage and ground at leak detection pump while commanding pump on with scan tool – both present, wiring okay. Applies 12v and ground to pump manually – pump does not function. Will need EVAP leak detection pump replaced.
Replaced EVAP system leak detection pump. Cleared fault codes and ran through test via scan-tool – system passed. Road tested, faults did not return. **Replaced right-hand brake light bulb

Tested battery @ 12.45v resting had 345cca. Stock battery is rated at over 700cca – battery capacity is lower than 50% recommend replacement. Changed engine oil and filter, reset service reminder. Change engine air filter and cabin air filter. Checked tire pressures, drivers rear was at 19psi – sat all 4 to 35psi and reset tpms. No leaks found during inspection. Tire wear is even, all shocks are in good condition. Brakes are roughly 40% pad remaining and rotors are in ok condition.
Removed rear wheels and adjusted rear parking brake. Vehicle holds on hill in specified amount of clicks on parking brake pedal. Rear brakes have a lot of brake dust but are in OK condition at this time

Heard loud noise from rear, sounds like wheel bearing. Found Right Rear bearing has a lot of play and is very loud. Recommend rear wheel bearing
Replaced RR wheel bearing assembly. Road tested vehicle confirming repair.

Engine runs OK, but does run rough occasionally at idle. Inspected and found spark plug wires are original, recommend plug wires to start. Spark plugs were replaced not too long ago. Installed new plug wires and misfire was gone. Test drove, no misfires on test drive. Checked tire pressures, oil level and coolant prior to test drive, found no other issues.

Engine air filter dusty but OK at this time. Removed air box to access transmission fill plug. Drain trans fluid and replaced with new following factory fill procedure. Serpentine belt is in good condition at this time, no cracks etc. Noticed vac pump is leaking and there is a fair amount of oil debris/buildup on that side of engine and transmission. Further disassembly required to find all leaks, recommend vac pump re-seal and water pump replacement due to mileage, would change belt at that time with new tensioner. Underside of engine looks good, no other issues found on undercarriage. Brakes and tires are in good condition, set tire pressure and reset tpms. Topped up washer fluid. Checked and set tire pressures to recommended spec on door.
Replaced all 6 spark plugs with new. Scanned faults and printed report. Test drove to make sure engine ran well after plug replacement
