- Pressure tested charge cooling system and no leaks found. Pressure tested main cooling system and found large leak of front of engine. Looks to be coming from radiator coolant hose or aux hose – visibility is poor, disassembly required to pinpoint leak. Removed needed components to access leak area, removed several coolant hoses to find, found small aux water pump on front of engine has hole in it. Recommend new pump and retest system after installation.
- Completed the install of the auxiliary water pump after leak was found. Re-installed all proper parts and bled the coolant system. test drove afterwards to make sure there were no more leaks and the coolant was at the proper level. Good to go.
