    • Changed engine oil and filter. Topped up washer fluid. Coolant level is OK at this time. Front tires worn more than rears – rotated tires front to back and set tire pressures. Reset tpms system. Reset service reminder. Found no leaks on engine or drivetrain. Front brakes are at 6mm rears are at 5.5mm (outer). Shocks, bushings, exhaust etc are all in good condition at this time. OBD2 port was disconnected from mount and stuffed up under the lower tray. Had to remove lower tray and fish out the connector to clip back into place to be able to reset the service reminder Replaced front and rear wipers during service at customer request

    • Only fault stored is same that we found last time for the Nox sensor input too high. A bad sensor can cause DPF to not regenerate which can start to plug up EGR system and DPF and cause stumbling/hesitations. Coolant is low in bottle, common coolant leaks are in EGR which causes coolant to burn in cylinder and can also cause stumbling. Some small oil leaks visible on engine, no obvious large coolant leaks. Pressure tested cooling system with engine cold, put up on lift and removed belly pan for further inspection. No leaks visible from underside of engine. Transmission and rear diff are dry, drivetrain is in good condition. Front control arm bushings are cracking/tearing. Topped up engine coolant to full line to monitor consumption – no external leaks found during pressure test and inspection. P1032 NOx Sensor signal too high Recommend remove intake manifold for inspection and likely carbon buildup cleaning, recommend remove EGR valve for inspection. Recommend diagnose and likely replace NOx sensor to resolve fault in ECU. Warmed engine up and test drove, no hesitation or stumbles felt during test drive. Power seems normal and engine seems to run well. Fault for N0x sensor is common with front sensor failure as well as plugged and updated glow plug pressure sensor – found TSB from Audi for glow plug issue. Recommend sensor and glow plug based on information found for fault stored.

    • Changed engine oil and filter. Used display in vehicle to set fluid level with engine warmed up. Reset service reminder. Rotated tires front to back, front tires showing some wear on outer edges but not bad overall, set all 4 tire pressures and reset tpms. Replaced engine air filter and installed new cabin air filter. Put in full 2.5gal of new DEF fluid, warning is no longer coming on dash. Topped up windshield washer fluid. Test drove and found no issues, no warning on dash after drive. Humming noise noted by customer is very likely noise from tires, found no play in any wheel bearings or any other obvious cause of noise. Adaptive cruise control had 2 faults and 3 faults in brake – communication and sensor related faults that were not current. Cleared faults, if returns further diag will be required depending on which faults return.

    • Front brakes have about 3mm – recommend replacement soon. Tires showing outer edge wear up front, rotated tires front to back, set tire pressures and reset tpms. Changed engine oil and filter. Replaced engine air filter. Topped up washer fluid
    • Drained trans fluid and refilled using scan tool. Fluid was dark and smelled burnt, performed procedure 2x using about 8L of new fluid.
    • Drained front differential oil and replaced with new gear oil
    • Drained rear gear oil and replaced with new fluid, replaced both seal washers.

    • Removed old spark plugs and replaced with new, torqued all 4 to spec. Used small dab of lube on ignition coils, installed ignition coils and ran engine. No issues during test drive.
    • Drained transmission fluid and refilled, ran engine for 20sec per instructions and topped up. Ran transmission for about 2 min to pump fresh fluid from pan. Drained and refilled a second time and refilled using the procedure outlined by Audi. Used scan tool to set fluid level at correct temp, test drove to make sure all felt normal, no issues during test drive
    • DIFFERENTIAL FLUID – Front and Rear – Drain and Refill
    • Removed old rear shocks and installed new, replaced upper mounts on both sides, swapped bump stops as they were in good condition.

    • RF wheel bearing is making noise, no play at this time. Left rear bearing is making a little noise but is not too bad yet. CEL on, scanned and printed report for customer. Fault in ECU for Nox sensor input too high is common when sensor needs to be replaced. Front control arm bushings cracking, recommend alignment checks regularly. Engine and transmission are dry, no visible oil or coolant leaks at this time.
    • Replaced right-front wheel bearing assembly. Torqued all hardware to spec. Road tested – noise is gone.

    • Performed oil change service as requested. Reset service interval/oil change due light. Replaced engine air filter as requested. Replaced cabin air filter as requested. Front brake pads (6mm). Rear brake pads (6mm). Front tires 9/32nds and Rear tires 9/32nds even wear on all 4. Topped off windshield washer fluid as requested. Recommend replacing all 4 rotors as they are badly grooved on both inner/outer sides.
    • BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS – Front – Remove and Replace. Includes clean, grease/lube as required and perform test drive to bed in new pads and test brake system performance.

    • Changed engine oil and filter, reset service reminder. Replaced engine air filter. Noticed coolant low o/a – performed pressure test on cooling system to monitor for leaks. Lost 1lb over about an hour – no visible leaks. Recommend keeping an eye on coolant level no leaks found. Front tires are near cording on outer edge, worn much further than rear, rotated tires front to back. Set air pressures and reset tpms system. Torqued wheels to manufacturer spec. Replaced brake fluid in full system, verified firm pedal after fluid replacement. No oil leaks found on engine, trans or differentials. Belt, suspension, exhaust etc are in good condition at this time. Brake pads about 8mm+ front and 6mm+ rear. Brake rotors are in poor condition, large lips on inner pads – not due for replacement at this time but will need rotors when pads get low. Slight leak at oil cap, could have been from filling previously. Cleaned area to monitor. Found rodent foot prints all over engine bay but no chewed wires or any damage present at this time.

    • Car had irregular cranking rythym and extended start, once it did start it audibly only ran on less than 4 cylinders. Removed spark plugs and performed compression test after scanning faults. Cyl 1 145 Cyl 2 0 Cyl 3 143 Cyl 4 150 Found cyl 2 has no compression. Engine will not run properly until cylinder issue is resolved. Engine had 9 faults stored o/a and would barely start enough to run to get into shop. Engine will need to be removed and torn down for further inspection or replaced. Spark plugs appear to have been burning oil for some time. Oil leaks on valve cover and timing covers visible from top of engine area. Coolant low – coolant pump also has fault. Printed report for customer. Minimum compression specification from Audi is 102psi, 3 cylinders have enough to run properly but cylinder 2 has internal damage causing complete loss of compression.
