- Started engine and found CEL flashing and but engine sounded OK at idle. Scanned ECU and found P1326 knock signal range/performance. At idle engine runs OK, but above idle it starts to hesitate and would not rev over 1500rpm. Pulled into shop and checked oil level – low but OK. Topped up to full. Removed spark plugs and found to be in very poor condition – looks to be burning oil. Confirmed with customer car burns oil – was down about .5L. Replaced spark plugs and pulled faults and engine ran very smooth. Test drove and no cel or rough running present.
