Performed inspection and found no items in need of service at this time. Tires are at 8/32 all 4, rotation not needed at this time. Brake pads are in new condition, very slight rust accumulation on rotor surface but in very good condition at this time. No visible fluid leaks top or bottom of engine. Engine oil looks clean and is at full mark, coolant is at full mark. Topped up washer fluid. Tire pressure where at about 37psi, lowered to 35psi at all 4 and reset tpms system. No faults stored in ECU at this time. Reset service reminder after inspection.

Replaced all 6 spark plugs, torqued to spec.
Flushed and filled the transmission fluid two times. Made sure to follow factory fill and level set procedure.
Completed transfer case fluid flush. Replaced gaskets and torqued plugs.
Flushed the rear differential fluid. Replaced gaskets and torqued plugs.
Completed a brake fluid flush.

No coolant visible in radiator, no coolant in overflow tank. Tested cooling system with 16psi, no leaks visible, no pressure drop over 10min. Tested radiator cap – failed -leaks air and will not hold any pressure. Recommend radiator cap replacement and coolant refill. Refilled cooling system and bled all air out of system, made sure thermostat opened and fans cycled. Installed new radiator cap and topped up overflow tank. Test drove down highway, ran engine total for about an hour and coolant temp never rose above halfway. Even after driving on hwy and sitting still, temp was maintained.

Drivers front caliper is leaking from piston area, brake line and bleeder are both dry. Caliper will need to be replaced, brake pads/rotors look OK. Replaced caliper, bled brakes and verified no leaks. Caliper was difficult to bleed, after test drive PS was slightly warm and drivers side was not as warm, neither was super hot. Recommend bringing back for further inspection to ensure no issues with new caliper.

Changed the engine oil and filter, changed the drain plug washer and torqued it. Filled engine oil and checked level. Reset maintenance reminder, replaced windshield wipers, topped up washer fluid and all other fluids are fine. Wipers leave a streak on the way up but clear the windshield on the way down like old ones, no noise though.
Completed drain and fill of transmission fluid. Made sure to run through procedure and adjust fluid level at proper temperature. Test drove to make sure the transmission shifts smoothly still and it does.
Completed drain and fill of the front and rear differential. Made sure to replace the drain plug washers and torque the plugs. No leaks. Also drained an refilled the transfer case.
Completed brake fluid flush, made sure to adjust fluid level to roughly where it was upon arrival. Rotated tires and torqued lug nuts, made sure to check tire pressures.
Completed replacement of the front and rear pads and rotors. made sure to torque all hardware on install. Greased slide pins in the rear (there are no front slide pins). Made sure to torque lug nuts and test drive to bed the pads in.
Replaced all of the spark plugs, made sure to torque them to spec. No misfires or lights afterwards.
Cabin air filter was replaced, engine air filter was not needed yet.

Completed engine oil change. Changed the oil filter, changed the oil drain plug gasket and torqued it. Filled with oil, and checked level. Reset maintenance light. Tires are fine, brakes are fine, no fluid leaks.
Inspected the power steering system. Checked out the pump, reservoir and lines. Checked fittings at the rack as well. No leaks. Fluid level was right at the cold low mark upon arrival. Flushed the fluid and left it at the Cold max mark. Power steering feels better now and still no leaks.
