Completed engine oil change. Changed the oil filter, changed the oil drain plug gasket and torqued it. Filled with oil, and checked level. Reset maintenance light. Tires are fine, brakes are fine, no fluid leaks.
Inspected the power steering system. Checked out the pump, reservoir and lines. Checked fittings at the rack as well. No leaks. Fluid level was right at the cold low mark upon arrival. Flushed the fluid and left it at the Cold max mark. Power steering feels better now and still no leaks.

Found very small leak at front diff drain plug, snugged a tiny bit and cleaned, check at next oil service. Changed engine oil and filter, reset service reminder. Coolant level good, tire pressures good. No other oil or fluid leaks visible at this time.

Replaced upper ball joints – both sides Noticed RF shock is blown/leaking.
Replaced rear prop-shaft, torqued to spec. Re-adjusted rear brake shoes. Road tested vehicle – noticed steering wheel shimmy when cruising, rotated tires front-to-rear, shimmy mostly gone. Recommend having all 4 wheels balanced with a RoadForce machine. Recommend replacing front and rear shocks sooner than later.

Performed complete inspection and all the noted items, tires are a bit worn – rotated front to rear. No leaks visible on engine or transmission. Serpentine belt looks old but is not showing cracking – recommend replacing due to age at next oil change. Topped up washer fluid. Changed engine oil and filter and reset service reminder. Flushed brake fluid system – found air in 2 of the 4 and fluid was getting dark. Brakes are in great shape. Replaced engine air fitler – it was pretty dirty and dusty. Replaced cabin air filter – had some rodent debris but very minimal, filter very dusty. Lower rearward control arm bushings are starting to seperate and crack, but still feel firm at this time. Set all 4 tires to 35psi after rotation and torqued 2x to factory recommned torque spec.

Removed interior panel to access front connection for cable and removed cables. Had to remove both rear drum brake assemblies to remove cables at rear. Bolt snapped off removing 1 bracket on PS cable, cable is still secured without bracket but bolt will need to be drilled out and repaired to re-install bracket. Installed new cables and re-assembled drum brakes, confirm function and adjustment of ebrake cables.

Completed service. Changed engine oil and filter, engine air filter, cabin air filter, and the drive belt. Torqued all proper hardware to spec. Reset oil maintenance light. Checked brakes, they were at 4-5mm in front and 4-5mm in the rear. Brakes are coming up soon but not due yet – inspect at next oil change. Everything else looked good.

Vehicle has timing cover and an oil pan leak. Also the tires were inflated to the improper PSI, I put them at factory pressure. Everything else is good.
