    • LF slider pins were frozen. most likely why inner pad worn more than outer. freed them up, re lubed. Re installed. 76ft. lb mount/ 25 ft. lb caliper bolts. rears 57ft. lb/ 25ft. lb caliper bolts. Oil reminder is on @ arrival TPMS lamp on @ arrival tires were set @ 37, door card says 30 f&r. Left them @ what customer had them set at. Slight Right bias on alignment, and slight out of balance feel on front tires @ hwy speed noticed.
    • Confirmed some end link play while underneath after hearing small bump noise on last test drive. Reset oil reminder. also noticed Small oil weep in timing cover. Back side. and dirty engine bay. (cabin and air filter age?)

    • Changed engine oil and filter. Reset service reminder. Found Left front shock is blown and leaking fluid very badly. Recommend replacement soon. Found RR tire was at 11psi – tpms light was on o/a. Aired all 4 tires up to 35psi and tried to reset tpms but tpms light is still on. Recommend having tire checked for leaks.
    • Replaced both front shocks and upper mounts.
    • Old plugs had visible burn ring. perfect time for new ones. 18ft# torque set
    • Cabin filter was dirty, and due for new Found some paper debris that might have been from mouse chew, vacuumed it all out. Found an air freshener behind glove box.

    • Changed engine oil and filter – used 6.1L 5w30 synthetic. Suspension and steering tight. Front and rear brakes have 6mm of pad material remaining. Fluids okay – no leaks. acc belt okay. Topped up washer fluid and reset service indicator.

    • No CEL o/a. Engine has oil leaks but too messy to determine exact location. Appears to mainly be coming from valve cover gasket – oil dripping off cylinder head (under valve cover) and intake manifold in several areas. Recommend valve cover and cleaning engine to monitor for other leaks. Tires are in very good condition, dated 2018. Brake pads ~4mm thick front and rear (outer pads), brakes in good condition. Suspension, drivetrain, exhaust and under car is in good condition. Front bumper is damaged on DS in fender well and under tray. Under tray is damaged and missing many mounting clips/bolts. Car is not very rusty underneath. Scanned obd2 and found no concerning codes. Some codes in TPMS module – reset tire pressure and cleared faults. Other faults are communication related and appear to not be current or causing an issue.

    • Removed intake plenum and found a couple vac hoses that where not connected due to aged rubber. Trimmed hoses and re-connected. Replaced all 6 spark plugs.
    • Replaced air filter. Old one was very dirty. Air filter was not clipped in properly – fixed.
    • Replaced cabin air filter – oil filter was full of rodent food/nesting stuff.
