    • Oil and filter changed. reset service reminder, set tire pressures, topped up washer fluid. Rotated tires. Drained and refilled rear differential and transfer case fluids.(they were needed) New cabin air filter. (old 1 had been critter chewed) New engine air filter. Other fluids checked out OK, Brake fluid still clean. Slight weep on front V/C gasket. Not major but does get the alternator dirty. **Inspection of brakes showed front pads at 2mm inner, and 5 mm outer. Some pulsation felt in rotors during test drive. **Front brakes soon** – recommend fluid flush when replacing front brakes. Rear brakes are OK for awhile at 5mm inner and outer pads.
    • MILEAGE MAINTENANCE @95,000 MILES – All Applicable Models
    • Removed front brake pads and rotors. Cleaned /lubed and got the slide pins unstuck, (3 frozen ones) replaced brakes with new pads and rotors. Test drove to bed in new pads and check for any noises and heard none.
    • DOT 3 fluid flush. Bled all 4 corners till it ran clean.

    • Performed full code scan with printed report. Very large number of faults stored o/a. After clearing, i started vehicle up and CEL, VSC, and TRAC lights came back on immediately. O2 sensor code P0058 returned. Bank 2 Sensor 2 heater circuit high. Inspected sensors on both sides and they look new (labels are still on the wires) Both are plugged in and the power supply fuse (EFI#2) to the heated sensors is intact. Tested both sensor resistance readings and they were both the same @ 13.5 Ohms (within specs of 11 to 16 ohms) for heater circuit. Both have sweeping voltage readings and same graph on live data with engine running. supply voltage is present at both sensors. Both sensors had continuity to ground. Test drove and it drives well. Scanned after test drive and printed report again. Rear wiper, rear washer, and mirrors are not working but no faults show up for them. same O2 code and (3) wheel speed sensor codes present after test drive: C0200, C0205,and C0210 RF, LF, and RR sensors. Did not clear them again.
    • Connected scan tool to monitor live data from wheel sensors to ABS unit and they all showed signals. Ran active test and got C1201 (Engine control system malfunction) code in ABS module. Tested O2 sensors again and they passed resistance specs. Swapped them left to right and code still stayed with bank 2, suggesting sensors are both OK. Tested EFI relay as specified. Tested wiring from relay to O2 sensor power supply and it was OK. Tested wiring from ECM to O2 sensors and it was OK but when testing voltage @ ECM from bank 1 and bank 2, bank 1 was 12V and was within specified range, while bank 2 was LOW @ 5.8V and FAILED. Results after following OEM test procedures makes ECM the failed item. (internal issue) 2 seperate issues found with ECU, Will trigger CEL and the VSC trac lights as per protocol. **Needs new ECM** Customer approved purchasing refurbished ECU for install to see if that takes car of issues 1/20. Pulled vehicle in to confirm part # on ECU and ordered replacement 1/20.
    • Oil and filter changed (6.5 qts) Set/checked tire pressures and topped up washer fluid. Inspected air filter and its OK for a while longer.

    • Oil filter cap was VERY tight but came off without damage. Old filter was very poor quality and previous worker put grease around o-ring. Cleaned cap and replace oring and filter with new. Filled oil with 0w-20 full synthetic. Checked tire pressures – all where around 25psi, set all 4 to 35psi and reset tpms. Reset service reminder. Recommend 5k intervals for oil changes. Topped up windsheild washer fluid.

    • Removed timing cover and re-sealed. Found machining defect was cause of leak. Followed procedure outlined from Toyota to repair leak. Re-installed all components and road tested. No more oil leaking after 30+ miles of test driving. During test drive noticed loud humming from front end on hwy, sounded like coming from left front wheel bearing. Replaced bearing with new and noise was still present. Inspected front differential and found the outer support bearing has a lot of play – recommend installing fix it kit for support bearing. Used stethoscope while running on lift and found RF wheel bearing was also very loud. Replaced with new and performed test drive.

Re installed. 76ft. lb mount/ 25 ft. lb caliper bolts. rears 57ft. lb/ 25ft. lb caliper bolts. Oil reminder is on @ arrival TPMS lamp on @ arrival tires were set @ 37, door card says 30 f&r. Left them @ what customer had them set at. Slight Right bias on alignment, and slight out of balance feel on front tires @ hwy speed noticed.
    • Confirmed some end link play while underneath after hearing small bump noise on last test drive. Reset oil reminder. also noticed Small oil weep in timing cover. Back side. and dirty engine bay. (cabin and air filter age?)
