    • Pulled the engine and removed the timing cover, both side cam carriers and lower and upper oil pans. Replaced all necessary o rings, and cleaned all of the parts taken off. Re-sealed them with RTV. Set timing per specification and rotated engine by hand to ensure timing was correct. Re-installed engine and bled coolant and filled with new oil and filter. Test drove. Heat and a/c both work great. No leaks visible after a long run time in shop and after test drive. Verified fluid levels after test drive. During removal found OSV on passenger side had cracked/damaged connector, when removing connector, plug broke off. Replaced OSV with new.
    • Replace PS headlight, both lower fog lights. LED strip in rear is out and needs complete replacement. All 4 marker lights are out – no bulbs for these. Rear tail light out – incorrect bulb for replacement.

    • Heard the light clunk/tapping sound from front right of vehicle. Test drove to see if heat changed it or any road conditions. Turning the steering wheel left and right while stationary also makes the noise. Bumpy roads it can be heard often and consistently. Heat had no effect. Lifted the vehicle up and found that the sway bar end links have been replaced with not factory parts and they are leaking. Recommend starting there. Replaced both front sway bar end links. Test drove, no longer hear the clunk noise.

    • Completed engine oil and filter replacement. Replaced the drain plug gasket and torqued the plug. Reset the maintenance reminder.
    • Lifted the vehicle up for an inspection. Tried spinning the wheel to check for weight and bends, noticed that the wheel was way harder to rotate than normal. Removed all of the wheels and found that the front brake pads were very different depths. The driver side front caliper is locked up, recommend replacing the caliper, pads and rotors.
    • Removed front wheel and replaced DS caliper with OEM caliper. Replaced pads and rotors – both sides. Bled front brakes. Replaced pad wear sensors with new. Installed front wheels and torqued all 4 wheels to spec. Test drove to bed in pads and verified vibration was not felt at hwy speeds. Found inner pad on ds was seized into caliper bracket, pad material seperated from backing plate due to overheating. Outside moved freely but pad backing is warped. PS bleed screw had no cap, was completely blocked and would not bleed. Removed bleed screw to try and clean but it was too rusted and could not get cleared. Recommend replacing bleeder screw when brake fluid is due. Bled DS and gravity bled PS, brake pedal is firm, no leaks visible after repairs completed. Verified wheel/vehicle rolls freely after bedding in new pads.

    • Performed inspection, found right rear wheel bearing is near failure. Drivers side is VERY loud as well. Brakes are very rusty, underside is rusty, brakes are OK at this time but rotor condition is poor. No oil leaks visible. Serpentine belt is starting to show pulley marks on smooth side, recommend replacement soon. Recommend both rear wheel bearings, may require additional time due to rust.
    • Completed replacement of both rear wheel bearings. Rust made removal take longer than normal, but was able to get both sides apart. PS bearing came off in 2 pieces, inner race was cracked. Made sure to torque hardware to spec. Test drove afterwards, no more noise and the wheel is no longer about to fall off.

    • No coolant visible in radiator, no coolant in overflow tank. Tested cooling system with 16psi, no leaks visible, no pressure drop over 10min. Tested radiator cap – failed -leaks air and will not hold any pressure. Recommend radiator cap replacement and coolant refill. Refilled cooling system and bled all air out of system, made sure thermostat opened and fans cycled. Installed new radiator cap and topped up overflow tank. Test drove down highway, ran engine total for about an hour and coolant temp never rose above halfway. Even after driving on hwy and sitting still, temp was maintained.
